Glenn Person
Manager
I am responsible for meeting with potential new Property Owners to assess if RAHA is a good match for their needs. I also show Available Properties to Prospective Tenants and provide feedback to the Property Owners. In addition, I process the Rental Applications, draft Marketing and Management Agreements, as well as, create and update the Property Leases.
Favorite Food or Restaurant
I like to support the local Asheville food scene. A few great spots are Nine Mile, The Junction and Rocky's Hot Chicken Shack!

A hut on a private beach with smooth, glassy waves!!

I am responsible for implementing and meeting all NC Real Estate rules and regulations in our Asheville office and all transactions including Property Sales and Closings.

Julie Buchanan
Administrative Assistant
I am responsible for answering all phone calls from Prospective Tenants, taking Work Order Requests, Scheduling Property Showings and Repair Work Orders. In addition, I assist with the Lease Signings, manage Security Deposit Transfers and any Office duties.

I own a typewriter instead of a computer. I like to see the words appear on the paper instead of screen and love the tap, tap sound!
